キットトライアルセッションとは何ですか？

What is Trivero?
Trivero is a Japan-based sports management and distribution company. We represent international performance kit brands and bring them directly to amateur sports clubs, schools and universities, and companies across Japan.
Who do you supply kit for?
Sports clubs and amateur teams across Japan, as well as schools, universities, companies, and event organisers. If you need custom apparel that represents your group, we can help.
Where are you based?
We operate across Japan, with team members in Tokyo, Chiba and Osaka.
Are you a brand or a supplier?
Neither exactly. Think of us as a bridge: we partner with world-class overseas brands and handle everything needed to bring their kit to Japanese sports communities.
What brands do you currently represent?
We currently work with Kelme Rugby. They are internationally recognised for quality and customisation across multiple sports. We are actively growing our brand portfolio.

Do you only work with sports teams?
Not at all. We work with sports clubs, school and university teams, companies, community organisations, and event coordinators. If you need custom apparel that brings your group together and reflects who you are, we can help.
Do you work with schools and universities?
Yes. We supply PE kits, club uniforms, sports day apparel, and team wear for educational institutions of all sizes. We understand the specific requirements around school orders and are happy to guide you through the process.

Jerseys, shorts, training tops, jackets, hoodies, and more depending on the brand. We’ll walk you through the full product range available for your sport or use case during your enquiry.
Can we fully customise the design?
Yes. Every order includes full custom design at no additional charge. Your colours, your logo, your layout. We work with you until the design is exactly right.
What if we don't know what design we want?
Our partner's design team can help. Whether you want something traditional or something that really stands out, we’ll guide you through the options.
What fabrics are available?
Depending on the brand, options include standard performance fabric — stretchy, breathable, and lightweight. We also offer eco fabric collection, made from repurposed plastics. We’ll recommend the best option based on your intended use.
Can we mix different products in one order, for example jerseys and hoodies?
Yes. You can order across product types in a single order. We’ll confirm what’s available across our brand range during your enquiry.
Will the kit be sized for Japanese body types?
We offer both standard international sizing and Japanese sizing where available. Let us know your team’s requirements when you enquire and we’ll advise on the best fit options.
ORDERING & PRICING
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the brand, product type, and order quantity. We’ll provide a full quote once we understand what you need.
Is custom design really free?
Yes. Custom design is included as standard in every order. There are no hidden design fees.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum orders start from as low as 10 pieces per style (not per size). This means smaller clubs and organisations can order without purchasing unnecessary stock.
How do I place an order?
Start by filling in the enquiry form on this page. A member of the Trivero team will reach out to discuss your needs, share samples where available, and walk you through the design and ordering process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We’ll confirm payment options during your enquiry. Bank transfer is available, and we’re happy to discuss what works best for your organisation.
Do you offer group or bulk discounts?
Pricing is volume-sensitive, so larger orders naturally benefit from better unit pricing. We’ll factor this into your quote automatically.
DELIVERY & TIMELINE
How long does it take to receive our kit?
Turnaround is typically 6–8 weeks from order confirmation, including design approval. We’ll keep you updated at each stage.
Do you deliver across Japan?
Yes. We deliver nationwide. For sports clubs in the Greater Tokyo and Osaka areas, in-person kit trials may also be available. Ask us about this when you enquire.
What if something arrives incorrectly or is damaged?
Contact us immediately and we’ll resolve it. We work with brands that take quality seriously, and we take full responsibility for every order we handle.
TRIAL SESSIONS
What is a kit trial session?
For eligible sports clubs, we can arrange for you to try our kit during a real training session before committing to an order. We bring samples, your players train in them, and we collect feedback together. No pressure, no cost.
Who is eligible for a trial session?
Sports clubs in the Greater Tokyo and Osaka areas. We’re growing, so availability may expand over time. Mention it in your enquiry and we’ll let you know if it’s possible for your location.
Is there any cost or obligation attached to a trial?
None. A trial is simply a chance for your team to experience the kit before deciding. There is no obligation to order.
